Last week, Drass Romania had the pleasure of hosting a distinguished delegation from the Italian Navy’s Submarine Rescue and Military Diving divisions. Fregate Captains Giovanni Torraco, Giorgio Gabriele Bisaglia, and Edoardo Faraci joined us for the critical phase of pre-consignment testing, the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the Fast Auxiliary System Deploy (FASD) setup.

The FAT focused on integrated testing of all containerized support systems, including the Breathing Gas Distribution System, Water & Power Distribution Sytem, and Command & Control System.

All tests were successfully completed, validating the performance and interoperability of all components and the system’s operational readiness.

Feedback was positive in terms of both the quality of the systems and the professionalism of Drass’ approach. We extend our thanks to the visiting officers for this collaboration and congratulate our team for another brilliant result, bringing us another step closer to the delivery of the Marina Militare Navy’s cutting-edge Submarine Rescue System.
