i100 Automation serves as the distributed system integrated in DRASS Standard Saturation Diving System, and is responsible for its automated functions and remote control. Entirely developed by DRASS, i100 Automation relies on standardized hardware (HW) and software (SW) for Saturation Chambers, Life Support, and Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS). Relying on the diving system manufacturer for the system’s complete automation functionality ensures full peace of mind thanks to the provision of continuous life support and software upgrades for optimal efficiency and reliability.
CONTROL PANELS
DDC & HLB saturation control panel
The Chamber Saturation Control Panel provides monitoring, redundant pressurisation, redundant communication, fire-fighting system control and redundant gas analysis of each lock of the Deck Decompression Chambers and Self Propelled Hyperbaric Lifeboats / Hyperbaric Rescue Chamber and relevant Escape Trunks.
The Chamber Saturation Control Panel is supplied with all the various gas mixes from the Gas Pressure Reduction Panel; each section is provided with an UPS in order to assure supply in emergency situations and filtration of electrical distortion from the ship supply.
Bell control console
The Chamber Gas Pressure Reduction Panel reduces gas pressure and mixes distribution to the Chambers Saturation Control Panel, BIBS and HLB Charge Panel.
The Chamber Gas Pressure Reduction Panel receives the high pressure gas mix line from Gas Storage through the Gas Management & Distribution Panel.
GAS MANAGEMENT & DISTRIBUTION
The Gas Management and Distribution Panel is a high pressure panel designed to load the storage tubes and provide the gas to the gas ring.
The Gas Management and Distribution Panel provides interconnection with the gas HP Compressor. It also allows the gas transfer between different gas banks.
Through the GM Distribution Panel it is possible to deliver gas to the panel as Gas Pressure Reduction Panel, Dive Control Console, Bell on Board Charging panel, HLB charging panel, the Bail Out Charging Panel and Fi-Fi Pressurization Panel.
PRESSURE REDUCTION PANEL
The Chamber Gas Pressure Reduction Panel reduces gas pressure and mixes distribution to the Chambers Saturation Control Panel, BIBS and HLB Charge Panel.
